To stabilise the management of JFA Academy Imabari in the long run, persons and organisations concerned need to fulfil their responsibility, collaborating with each other.
- [Imabari City] supports the academy in a comprehensive manner as the city conducts earthquake-resistant measures or a major renovation for former Kamiasa Elementary School and prepares a consistent support system.
- [NPO Imabari Shimanami Sports Club] takes a major role in managing and operating its dormitory, providing meals and offering players transportations. The club is to manage the academy properly and smoothly.
- [Ehime Football Association] cooperates with the academy to promote the development of football, players and coaches.
- [Japan Football Association] dispatches coaching staff to support the academy comprehensively in the daily training and education.
