Japanese Instructor Ms. Kawamoto Naoko newly dispatched to Mongolia

In efforts to support the development of football in Asia, the Japan Football Association (JFA) has been dispatching instructors to many regions of Asia. Most recently, Ms. KAWAMOTO Naoko has been dispatched to Mongolia. She will be following her predecessor Mr. IKI Yoji to support the development of women’s football in Mongolia.

Instructor's Comment

KAWAMOTO Naoko, Coach of U-19/U-16 Mongolia Women’s National Team
I have been newly appointed as the coach of the U-19/U-16 Mongolia Women’s National Team. Our main focus will be set to enter the final qualification round of the AFC U-19 Women's Championship and U-16 Women's Championship in 2021. Also, with this year being the 60th anniversary of the foundation of the Mongolian Football Federation, there will be many events held throughout the year featuring grassroots and each category teams of men and women. Following the footsteps of my predecessor Mr. Iki, I will continue to emphasis the importance of teamwork, respect, and thoughtfulness. With the support of General Secretary Shijir ULZIIKHUU and all other members of the Mongolian Football Federation, I will give my very best to contribute to the development of women’s football in Mongolia.
