Coach Comment

TEGURAMORI Makoto, Coach
Kohrogi has got toughness to maintain his resiliency and show his wild playing style consistently. He is capable of initiating his team's attack and getting through to space behind defenders as well as coping with various types of opponents’ game plan including sitting back deep and executing counterattacks. He is a player who can certainly add attacking options to the team in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. His resiliency will be effective against physically-gifted players. Since becoming a professional footballer, he has devoted his service to Kashima Antlers and Urawa Reds. We all hope he will shine for Japan this time. And we want him to raise his capability to ensure his good performance in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.
