The 2nd day's training was held at Dhurakij Pundit University in Bangkok. In the severest heat and humidity since the beginning of the training camp in Thailand, the team did a practice menu for a limited time of 90 minutes.

In a warm-up, players moved dynamically against markers and cones. After that, they did practice menus smoothly such as basics of keeping and kicking a ball, quick passes on a 4 to 1 formation followed by a game passing by hand in a wider area, under instructions by Mr. Yoshitake, the head cocach.

I was not able to perform as well as I wanted to due to a high temperature today. However, we must be in readiness for any conditions to demonstrate our utmost ability in a real match under pressures and heat. I want to get to be able to play in a calm manner, focusing on opponents' moves, even I am pushed into a corner physically and mentally.

SHIMOGUCHI Wakaba（JFA Academy Fukushima）
I took a walk for 30 min around the hotel in the morning to season myself to heat outside. I practiced for 90 min in the afternoon. I tried to focus on playing with specific intention within a limited time. I will make a good preparation for an opening game against Hong Kong on 6th.
