First, I really appreciate Japan Football Association (JFA) and all the parties concerned with football in Japan for coordinating this overseas program in Japan. Cerezo Osaka and Shimizu S-Pulse have kindly accepted our visit request and sharing many information and experience with Indian coaches. I sincerely hope the participants’ experience in Japan would benefit the development of football in India.

Firstly, I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism of Cerezo Osaka and Shimizu S-Pulse and really grateful for sharing the club vision with us. It was a wonderful experience for me to listen to Popovic, head coach of Cerezo Osaka and Ghotbi, head coach of Shimizu S-Pulse about training method and the coaching in Japanese club.
