1) Coaches Meeting: Saturday 4 October 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Utsunomiya Culture Center)
2) Opening Ceremony: Saturday 4 October 4:10 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Utsunomiya Culture Center)
3) Friendship Matches
Day 1: Sunday 5 October 9:00 a.m. – 4:10 p.m.
Day 2: Monday 6 October 9:00 a.m. – 2:20 p.m.
4) Awards Ceremony: Monday 6 October – Takes place when it is ready
Note: “Health Improvement” Class sessions are held to provide health improvement instruction, health check-up and cunsultation.
Sunday 5 October 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Monday 6 October 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Competition System
1) Participating teams are divided into four-team groups and play round robin matches both days.
If there is a group with less than four teams, it can add a team on the open participation. However, match results against such a team will not be counted into the total results in each group.
2) Teams shall be arranged as follows:
Head Coach: 1
Players: 11 (19 or less registered players)
Total: 20 or less
(The head coach can play as a player, but he shall also be registered as a player.)
3) Tournament System
i) The standings will be determined by points earned.
ii) Points are calculated as follows: three points for a win, one for a draw and zero for a loss. If multiple teams are even on points, the following criteria will be applied to determine the standings in the numbered order: 1. Goal difference, 2. Total Goals scored, 3. Match result between the teams in question, 4. A drawing of lots.
Awards
1)The champions, runners-up and two third-placed teams will be awarded a certificate and their head coaches and players are awarded gold, silver and bronze medal, respectively.
2)Oldest Player Award (male:1 & female: 1) and Older Player Award (male: 3 & female: 3) are awarded to the said players with a certificate and plague.
3)All participants are awarded a medal.
