Training Concept
-
Our training concept is to nurture footballers who can keep involved in a game at both ends of the pitch by improving skills required in modern football.
But nurturing individual footballers does not mean each of them tries to improve their skill separately. You will not improve your skill unless your teammates improve their skill.Developing fundamentals along with teammates to commit to both offence and defence, we nurture players who can lead the team to a win by exerting their individuality. -
The six-year long unified education is tailored to each age in a seamless manner.
Boys are divided into four categories , U-13 (1st grade of J.H.), U-14 (2nd grade of J.H.), U-15 (3rd grade of J.H.) and U-18 (high school) ― to work on training separately.
Junior high and high school girls work together in the same group and work separately depending on situations. -
They register for the JFA and work as a club as well as play official matches for the purpose of developing individual skills.
High school 2nd and 3rd graders can experience higher levels such as J.League or Nadeshiko league, making use of the Special License Player System.
