Regarding the change of Head Coach of Mongolia National Team and U-23 Mongolia National Team

Mr. MASE Shuichi, who was dispatched by Japan Football Association (JFA) to serve as the head coach of Mongolia National Team and U-23 Mongolia National Team as part of JFA's contribution activities in Asia, has resigned from his position due to the discovery of an eye disease which will require medical attention in Japan. As for Mr. MASE's plans for the future, his eye has already been treated and he will continue to serve as a coach in Japan as before.
In response to the request from the Mongolian Football Federation, JFA has decided to dispatch Mr. OTSUKA Ichiro to Mongolia to take over the role of the head coach of Mongolia National Team and U-23 Mongolia National Team. Details of the dispatch are as follows.
Coach to be dispatched: OTSUKA Ichiro
Qualification: UEFA A Coaching Licence, AFC Pro-Diploma Licence
Destination Association: Mongolian Football Federation (MFF)
Position: Head Coach of Mongolia National Team & U-23 Mongolia National Team
Contract term: January 2022 - January 2023

[JFA] Salary, Accident insurance premiums
[MFF] Housing, Travel expenses, Airline tickets between Japan and Mongolia
