The title will be competed by club teams and teams under the Nippon Junior High School Physical Culture Association (NJPA). It was Zweigen Kanazawa U-15 (Hokushinetsu1/Ishikawa) who faced FC Tokyo Fukagawa at the final, as the Kanazawa side won through close matches to make their way into their first ever final. Despite losing at the final, Zweigen Kanazawa made a huge impact to the tournament, and this year they will face FC.Fervor Aichi (Tokai4/Aichi) at the first round.
