JFA renews partnership with Vietnam Football Federation

Japan Football Association (JFA) signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) on 18 September 2024. JFA and VFF have cooperated at various levels since the MoU was first signed on 11 July 2014 and hope to further expand their partnership going forward.
The signing ceremony took place in JFA House and went in an amicable manner. Both parties discussed how various exchanges can be conducted through the renewal of the partnership this time and expressed high expectations for future initiatives.
The MoU ceremony was conducted in the presence of:
・Dr. TRAN Quoc Tuan, President, VFF
・Mr. DUONG Nghiep Khoi, General Secretary, VFF
・Mr. NGUYEN Vo Huyen Duong, Vietnam FF’s official representative in Japan
・Mr. MIYAMOTO Tsuneyasu, President, JFA
・Mr. YUKAWA Kazuyuki, General Secretary, JFA
The MoU between VFF and JFA aims to facilitate cooperation in the following areas:
・Human resources for football development
・Teams in various categories and leagues in both countries
・Football administration, management and legal matters
・League operations and management
・Sports medicine
・Football facility management
・Exchange between coaches, referees and officials
・Mutual cooperation at regional and international meetings
