JFA Academy Fukushima 9th-term players try ASE program.

16 9th-term players of JFA Academy Fukushima tried the ASE program on Saturday 12th April at "Yasei no Mori", the practice field for outdoor activities on the Tsukuba University campus. ASE stands for Action Socialization Experience, and the program is to provide an opportunity to work on various field activities in groups to nurture sociality. They worked on each activity as they cooperated and discussed ideas with each other.

What I learned from this ASE program is the importance to work together with others and create new ideas. I think we couldn't have completed any activity without my teammates. If you work with your teammates, you can do things you can't do alone. Many assignments could be solved when we came up with a new idea. I will make use of what I learned from this ASE program in my life.

KANO Kanato
When I received the instructions at first, I wasn't sure if I could work together well with teammates and succeed. All the assignments were something we had to work on as a team with guys that I knew only for a week. But after the program started, we talked to each other, came up with good ideas and solved the problems. I thought communication is very important just like when we play football. Through this program, I learned how important trust, our language and communication are.

KAMADA Hiromu
The ASE program was very fun and I learned many things from it. I enjoyed the activity called Tilted Wall most. Everyone had to activity participate in it. We couldn't complete it, but I want to try again if I have another chance. What I learned through this program is to communicate with others. Especially talking with each other is important. Talking as we worked or not talking made the difference. I am thankful for this opportunity. Thank you very much.

RYUMAE Hiroto
The ASE program was a very good experience. We worked altogether, coming up with ideas together. We cooked lunch together. Through this ASE program, I could learn a lot and our friendship became stronger. I realised communication with my teammate is very important.
