Winner of two FIFA Women's World Cups at U-17 and U-20 level.
Wore Nadeshiko Japan's number 10 from July 2023.
Spent her career in Japan, Korea Republic and the USA before moving to Liverpool FC in England in 2023.
Acting as the hub of her team's offence, she has increased her defensive intensity and improved her agility and passing speed.
She has played with HASEGAWA Yui and HAYASHI Honoka since their development years and works hand in hand with them to support Japan's midfield.
Draws on the playing style of Barcelona legend Xavi.
